I started this company out of a passion to help others connect deeply with their faith while embracing the practical realities of life—whether that’s in ministry, family, or even training their dog.

Why Faith & Field?

For years now, I’ve been walking the unique path of bivocational ministry—balancing the call of pastoral leadership with real-world work, training, and discipleship. This journey taught me that faith is not confined to the church walls; it flows into the fields of our daily lives. It’s in those “fields” — the places where we work, raise our families, train our dogs, and engage our communities — that faith must be lived out authentically. It’s in our field that the fruit of the spirit is displayed, shared, and planted. 

Faith & Field is more than a company; it’s a vision to equip people to live out their calling. I saw a need for practical training and ministry resources that honor spiritual growth and everyday responsibilities. Whether it’s helping church leaders, families, or dog trainers, the goal is the same: build faith that works where you are.
