About Faith & Field

At Faith & Field, we are committed to equipping individuals and organizations through Christian Coaching, Church Revitalization Consulting, and Leadership Development. Rooted in biblical principles, our approach integrates time-tested methodologies and proven tools to support sustainable growth and transformation.

In addition to our ministry and leadership services, we also specialize in breeding, importing, and training Irish Labradors—exceptional dogs for both family companionship and field performance.

Whether in the field or the church, our mission is clear: to glorify God in all we do and help others live purposefully on mission for Christ.

Meet Gerald Cook

Reverend Gerald S. Cook is a pastor, teacher, and founder of Faith & Field, where his passion for Christ, the Church, and creation come together in unique and purposeful ways. With a heart for equipping others, Gerald offers Christian coaching, church revitalization consulting, and leadership development rooted in biblical truth and practical experience.

Gerald was saved and discipled at Village Green Baptist Church and shaped deeply by the mentorship of his father, grandmother, and many faithful friends and ministers in the church. His pastoral calling has been further developed through service at Brentwood Baptist Church, training at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and ongoing ministry at College Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to ministry, Gerald leads Faith & Field’s work with Irish Labradors—breeding, importing, and training dogs for both family life and fieldwork. His approach is grounded in integrity, time-tested methods, and a desire to glorify God in every endeavor.

Whether in the pulpit, the field, or one-on-one coaching, Gerald lives with one mission: to make much of Christ and help others live on mission for Him.
